In our free time we love to travel, get to know other cultures, eat amazing food, and try new things. Of all the places we've been, we decided New Smyrna Beach offered us the best mix of gorgeous beaches, diverse cuisine, and affordable luxury - all close to home on the East Coast! What would it be like to stay at one of our vacation rentals? Comfortable, cozy, clean, modern, and safe. This was by far the best Airbnb that we have stayed in. Jessica went above and beyond by personalizing our birthday celebrations! The place was immaculately clean and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. The pool and the beach were just steps away. The attention to details was appreciated throughout the whole place. We would definitely love to come back.

5 stars! We truly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Vista with RossLee Retreats. The photos on the website are a perfect representation of what you’ll experience during your stay. The owners have updated every inch of the space it seems, with modern flooring, countertops, new stylish furniture, and beautiful bathrooms (bonus- we loved the fancy toilets!). The kitchen is great and we were able to cook a big meal for our group and enjoy dining options indoors and outdoors. The beds are super comfortable, including a wide selection of pillows depending on your preferences. Everything was fresh and well stocked here with plenty of storage to unpack. Our favorite part about this rental was the prime oceanfront and pool access. Everything was right at our fingertips and we loved going back and forth to the beach to pool to the patio for meals. We especially loved the amazing oasis and views from the master suite. Our kids loved the bunk beds and having their own level of the house to spend time indoors when we needed it. Overall, this was the most luxurious and spacious rental we’ve enjoyed at NSB, and we can’t wait to come back for another stay.

We stayed here over Mother’s Day weekend and chose this specific Airbnb over cheaper options because of the location. We have a baby and wanted easy access to pool/beach etc. It was worth every penny!!!! The views are incredible and the living space is impeccable. Jessica was extremely helpful and responsive. The kitchens and bathrooms are fully stocked with every imaginable thing you could possibly need. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, games, a pak n play….Bluetooth speaker…literally everything!!! We were so impressed with every detail and will 100% be back! Thank you for an incredible stay!! My first Mother’s Day was amazing!

My husband and I were just looking for a beautiful place on the beach to relax. This place did not disappoint! From the time we arrived and saw how beautiful the place is, the cleanliness of the place (it looked brand new) and the clean refreshing smell! It was more than we could ask for. Convenient to stores, restaurants and right on the beach! The host was amazing and we will definitely be back! We recommend to all that want a clean, private place by the pool/beach! Location location location! This home was everything I could’ve wanted for a weekend beach trip with our family. The host was amazing and always just a message away - we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a super sweet card. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you could need and then some. The garage was packed full of beach toys, pool toys, chairs for the beach, games to play - and so much more. The beds were insanely comfy, I felt as if I was sleeping in my bed at home. I could go on and on. Our family did not want to leave and will absolutely be booking another trip!

My recent stay at Ocean Vista was for a rare mother-and-daughter trip, and RossLee Retreats was the perfect sanctuary for us. I’ve traveled extensively all over Florida and I have to say I was beyond impressed with the beauty, design, attention to detail, comfort, and amenities that the direct oceanfront Ocean Vista rental provided. We were wowed by the understated luxury, the timeless, soothing neutrals with some additions of soft coastal colors, the spacious light and airy feel of the place. The view of the beach and ocean was outstanding, as was how pristine and clean the place was. The RossLee team provided everything we could have needed, and then some! If I listed all the amenities here I’d run out of room, but some of our favorite things were: SO much storage in the bathrooms and bedrooms; high quality everything including the lovely outdoor furniture; the branded luxury robes, coffee cups, and wine vessels; the fully stocked kitchen; the yoga mats and bicycles; the special touches in the bathrooms (heated seats! And more.) A great spot for exploring New Smyrna Beach, located on a wide, traffic-free beach, and perfect for remote work (if you must!) at the spacious desk with an ergonomic desk chair. 10 out of 10, highly recommend, and we will return!
